The Regal Arm Sleeve is handmade and produced in a high-quality silicone material that gives the user a realistic appearance.
The arm cosmetics are available in 36 different skin tones and each sleeve is designed with lifelike details. In addition, there is a large range of options to make the product as lifelike as possible. For example, hair in both 2D and 3D designs and Duo Color, i.e. the possibility of different skin tones on different parts.
It is also possible to choose with or without a zipper, depending on how the arm cosmetics are to be used. It is also possible to opt for foam filling in cases where you want to replace lost muscle tissue. Below you can read more about the various options.
The product can be ordered with fixed dimensions, semi-custom, or as full custom. All according to the patient’s needs.

Customizations – (optional)
- Dual Color (Art. no. example: D2P1 (Dorsal color 2, Palmar color 1) The user selects two different skin tones from the color guide used for the back of the hand and palm. Our recommendation is that at least 2 steps between the color tone are required for a clear difference to be given. this option is especially suitable for darker skin tones.
- Custom Color (Art.nr: CC) For an even more natural look, it is possible to order specially adapted skin tone if, against all odds, one of the 36 skin tones in the color guide does not fit.
- X Series (Art.nr: X) Hair that can be applied in both 2D and 3D technology.
- Smooth Coating (Art.nr: SC) Smooth Coating is a surface finish that provides a more durable surface, counteracts friction and feels more like real skin. For example, users in Nordic climates where you take off and on e.g. outerwear, Smooth Coating is often particularly useful. The surface finish diminishes after a period of use.
- Custom Foam Filling (item no: F) A light and flexible filling to replace lost muscle tissue.
- Zipper (Art.nr: PZ) Zipper can be added for easier everyday use in the form of application and removal. The zipper is lined with fabric for a comfortable fit. (Note that the zipper is integrated with the silicone prosthesis during manufacture, so it cannot be replaced separately.)
