Regal Hand Partial prosthesis is a cosmetic partial prosthesis of the highest quality. Handcrafted and designed to give the wearer a realistic look and a natural feel in everyday life. It is easy to put on and take off with the integrated zipper.
There are 36 different skin tones to choose from and each hand is designed with lifelike details such as handprints, veins, knuckles etc. In addition, there is a large range of options to make the product as lifelike as possible. For example, acrylic nails are suitable for manicures, hair in both 2D and 3D designs, and Duo Color, i.e. the possibility of different skin tones on the back of the hand and palm.
It is also possible to choose reinforced fingertips, articulated fingers, and various variants of filling. Below you can read more about the various options.
The product can be ordered with fixed dimensions, semi-custom, or as full custom. All according to the patient’s needs.

Material: Silicone
Optional customizability:
- Dual Color (Item no. example: D2 P1 (Back of hand color 2, Palm color 1) The user selects two different skin tones from the color guide used for the back of the hand and palm. Our recommendation is that at least 2 steps between the color tone are required for a clear difference to be given. This option is particularly suitable for darker skin tones.
- Custom Color (Art.nr: CC) For an even more natural look, it is possible to order specially adapted skin tone if, against all odds, one of the 36 skin tones in the color guide does not fit.
- X Series (Art.nr: X) This is one of the most common options where you have the option of choosing acrylic nails, which is well suited when you want to use e.g. nail polish and decorations. Shading around fingers for an even more natural look and hair that can be applied in both 2D and 3D technology.
- Smooth Coating (Art.nr: SC) Smooth Coating is a surface finish that provides a more durable surface, counteracts friction and feels more like real skin. For example, users in Nordic climates where you take off and on e.g. outerwear, Smooth Coating is often particularly useful. The surface finish diminishes after a period of use.
- Reinforced fingers (Art.nr: RF) Extra layer of reinforced nylon in the fingers, which provides extra durability. This option is not available with finger joints or when the product is a semi custom order.
- Foam Filling (item no: F) A light and flexible filling.
- Foam/Silicone filling (Art.no: F+S) A filling core of foam which is then sealed with silicone. An alternative that gives the prosthesis a light weight but is more hygienic and easier to clean than when only foam is used. Primarily recommended for partial dentures.
- Silicone Filling (Art.no: S) A filling of only silicone, which makes the prosthesis durable and easy to clean. As the material becomes heavy, silicone is only recommended in cases where the volume is small. For example, half fingers and the fingertip.
- Finger joint (Art.nr: HF) Suitable especially for users with limited or reduced dexterity. Instead of wired fingers, a metal joint is applied, which allows the user to bend both finger joints on each finger at the desired angle.
- Zipper (Art.nr: PZ) Zipper can be added for easier everyday use in the form of application and removal. The zipper is lined with fabric for a comfortable fit. (Note that the zipper is integrated with the silicone prosthesis during manufacture, so it cannot be replaced separately.)
Additional information
The skin pattern of the hand varies with its size, choice of gender and age. In general, the larger the hand and size, the more mature the skin pattern.
