After many years, our collaboration with Aspen Medical Products (US) and their Vista product line has ended. As a natural continuation of our commitment to offering a high-quality product range, we are now introducing Breg’s Pinnacle and Ascend – Upper and Lower Spine range.
BREG (US) is one of Embreis’ largest suppliers, and for several years we have been asked to work with these products. We are now pleased to expand our product range with their cervical and lumbar orthoses.

Pinnacle Cervical
The Pinnacle® Cervical Collar corresponds to Aspen’s Vista Collar, but instead of 6 height settings, Pinnacle offers 12 adjustment levels, providing greater potential for individual customization. Additionally, we find that the adjustment knob is easier to set. Each collar also comes with an extra liner at no additional cost.
Pinnacle MP
The Pinnacle MP Cervical Collar is an advancement of the Pinnacle Cervical Collar. The difference is the so-called MultiPost back piece, which is adjustable to provide a perfect fit and neck relief. We also find it easier to adjust the fit. Additionally, the Pinnacle MP is priced the same as the standard collar and includes an extra liner.
Pinnacle TX
The Pinnacle TX is an advancement of the Pinnacle Cervical Collar. The difference is the extension down toward the chest and back to provide a longer lever arm, increased contact area, and better stability. The front piece is adjustable in 12 different positions. The design around the jaw, sternum, and occipital bone relieves pressure and helps prevent pressure sores.
Pinnacle CTO
The Pinnacle® CTO is based on the Pinnacle MP cervical collar. It is universal for both neck and chest. The collar is adjustable in 12 positions, the chest section is adjustable in height and circumference, and the collar’s back piece is adjustable for optimal fit and relief. Pinnacle is MRI-compatible and can be upgraded to a more rigid CTO 4 or downgraded to the MP Cervical Collar only.
Pinnacle CTO4
The Pinnacle® CTO 4 has front and rear struts for optimal stabilization. The collar is adjustable in 12 positions, and both the chest section and back piece are adjustable in height, secured with fixed straps and quick-release buckles. The Pinnacle CTO 4 can easily be downgraded to a CTO with the additional back piece included. Each CTO 4 also comes with an extra liner.
Ascend® Cervical Collar for both children and adults.
Breg’s cervical series Ascend® consists of cervical collars for both children and adults. The children’s collars are available in sizes PD1-PD5, and the adult collars come in sizes Short, Regular, Tall, and X-Tall. An extra liner is also included for replacement, washing, and maintaining pressure relief.
