C-Pro ADM Unilateral

Description

ADM Unilateral is a dynamic orthotic mechanism that combines controlled abduction and dorsiflexion. It is part of the ADM Modular Brace System and can be used together with the ADM AFO or integrated into custom-made footwear.

ADM Unilateral is based on two independent spring mechanisms that act on the relationship between the talocrural joint (TTJ) and the subtalar joint (STJ). The spring strength for each function can be selected independently, allowing the orthosis to be adapted to the patient’s individual need for dorsiflexion and abduction support. ADM Unilateral is available with Soft, Standard or Strong springs for both the STJ and TTJ.

The modular design allows the ADM mechanism to be combined with different orthotic solutions depending on the intended use. For night-time bracing, it is used together with the ADM AFO, while it can also be integrated into custom-made footwear for use during the day.

ADM Unilateral is ordered specifically for the right or left side and selected according to the child’s foot length, lower leg length and the required spring strength.
