Description
This flat carbon fibre insole is developed for use in orthopaedic shoemaking and provides effective reinforcement and stability in orthopaedic shoes. The material combines low weight with high stiffness, contributing to improved function and durability in the finished construction.
The insoles are thermoformable and can be heated to approx. 160 °C to be shaped to the specific shoe construction or the patient’s needs. The flat design makes them particularly suitable when you want to create an individually adapted shape during manufacture.
The carbon fibre construction provides very good stability while keeping weight low, making the insoles suitable for various types of orthopaedic shoe constructions where support and control of foot motion are important.
