Description
This preformed carbon fibre insole is developed for use in orthopaedic shoemaking and provides effective reinforcement and stability in orthopaedic shoes. The material combines low weight with high stiffness, contributing to improved function and durability in the finished construction.
The anatomically preformed design follows the natural shape of the foot and makes work easier when manufacturing orthopaedic shoes. The insoles are also thermoformable and can be heated to approx. 160 °C for further adaptation to the shoe construction or individual needs.
The carbon fibre construction provides high stability while keeping weight low, making the insoles suitable for orthopaedic shoes where support, offloading and control of foot motion are important.
