Description
The RADIX Torsion and comfort adapter is a prosthetic component that counteracts chafing and shearing against the stump. Radix allows rotation in a standing vertical position, which means that the forces do not have to be taken up in the knee joints, lower or upper legs, and groins. When walking, the adapter locks itself and allows normal walking without rotation. Radix is supplied with tubes and allows 120 kg users. The medium as well as highly active patients often benefit from this function for relief and increased comfort.
