Description

eLux Patella is a stabilising orthosis for the kneecap (patella). It is used to provide support for patients suffering from a luxating patella, patellafemoral pains and for post-operative stabilisation of. the kneecap. The J-shaped lateral/distal pad works together with. the strap to support and correct the kneecap. The orthosis is drawn on over the knee, sits firmly in place and is pliable and easy to use. The material is a combination of neoprene and lycra for optimal flexibility, compression and comfort.

The sleeve is asymmetrically sewn and taken in under and above. the patella for an optimal fit. An internal seam guard in the hollow of the knee prevents chafing. The patella opening can be adjusted/ cut somewhat as needed.
