Description
Freestyle OA is used for knee pain caused by osteoarthritis or cartilage damage in the knee to provide support and pain relief. It is mainly suitable for light to medium injuries and pain problems. The orthosis has a combination of a rigid frame, rigid band, and soft material against the skin. It is easily applied and fits most leg shapes. Via the “Thumbweel joint” the force is adjusted to relieve the joint surface on the corresponding side. The pressure is regulated by hand on a 10-degree scale. Freestyle OA has joints only on one side, which makes it easy to use and is available for both medial and lateral relief of the joint surfaces. Through the wrap design, fit and compression around the knee can be easily regulated.
