Return forms

Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly delivered goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. When returning products, we need the article number and invoice number emailed to us or enclosed with the product. The following applies to returned, unused goods or returns for exchange:

1. Older than 30 days from the delivery date: an administration and handling fee of 20% of the invoiced value will be charged.
2. Older than 90 days from the delivery date: goods will not be taken back.
3. Special and custom-made products will not be taken back.
4. For damaged packaging, a deduction of 20% of the product value is made.
5. Goods are credited provided that the product is unused and the associated product packaging is undamaged and in saleable condition.
