eLux Patella WA is a stabilizing orthosis for the patella. It is used to support patellar dislocation, patellofemoral pain and postoperative stabilization of the patella. The lateral / distal pelvis with a so-called "J-shape" together with the drawstrings provides support and correction of the patella. The wrap around design is very practical as it can easily be adapted to all different shapes of the patient’s leg. It works really well in cases where the patient is swollen or extra sensitive for pressure and the compression of the orthosis needs to be adjusted. The material is a combination of neoprene and lycra for optimal compliance, compression and comfort.
