The drop foot orthosis FS3000 was developed over many years by the patient Francois Cote and his orthopedic engineer St\u00e9pahne Savard. The goal was to find a solution that was worn on the outside of the shoe and not inside, to avoid chafing and discomfort. With a new design and choice of material, you have also got a very durable construction with dynamic active dorsal lift.
